The Genius of Container Architecture

Description

You’ve never seen a pool like this before. Stronger, faster, and more sustainable. Better in every way, it is quickly setting a new standard for the modern swimming pool. Ecopool was designed to push boundaries — available with ultraviolet disinfection and connected electric robots.

Shipping container architecture is a sustainable form of building swimming pools. By repurposing single-use shipping containers — newly manufactured units used for one overseas shipment — into the structural core of a pool, we extend their useful life and avoid the need for additional concrete, brick, wood, and other building materials. This subsequently lowers the total embodied energetic cost associated with constructing a swimming pool, while delivering a structure that’s stronger than a conventional concrete pool.
