1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Bank Wire Transfer / ACH Transfer (Preferred for container orders)
  • Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Business Check / Cashier’s Check
  • Cash for customers picking up or inspecting containers at our Phoenix yard

We do not accept personal checks or cryptocurrency.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
  • Full payment is required before delivery unless a payment plan has been approved in writing.
  • For 20ft containers: 100% payment required to reserve and schedule delivery.
  • For 40ft containers: 70% deposit to reserve container, remaining 30% must be paid at least 48 hours before delivery.
  • For custom or modified containers: 50% non-refundable deposit required to start modifications, balance due upon completion.

3. INVOICING

  • A proforma invoice will be issued after you request a quote. Proforma invoices are valid for 7 days.
  • A final paid invoice and receipt will be issued within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • For business customers, we can provide W-9 and additional documentation upon request at contact@successshippingcontainer.com

4. PAYMENT SECURITY

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways with SSL protection. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Bank wire details are only provided via official invoice from contact@successshippingcontainer.com.

5. LATE PAYMENT & FAILED PAYMENT

  • Orders with failed or declined payment will not be reserved.
  • Containers reserved with deposit will be held for a maximum of 7 days. If final payment is not received within 7 days, reservation will be cancelled and deposit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returned checks will incur a $50 fee.

6. TAXES

Sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location in accordance with Arizona state and local tax laws. Tax-exempt customers must provide valid exemption certificate before payment.
