At Success Shipping Container, we stand behind the quality of every container we sell.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

New (One-Trip) Shipping Containers:

  • 5-Year Structural Warranty – Covers structural defects, welding failure, and door operation under normal use.
  • 1-Year Wind and Watertight Guarantee

Used (Wind & Watertight) Shipping Containers:

  • 1-Year Wind and Watertight Warranty – Guaranteed to be wind and watertight at time of delivery, with no holes or leaks.
  • 90-Day Functional Warranty – Covers doors, locking bars, and door gaskets to ensure proper opening and closing.

Refurbished Containers:

  • 1-Year Warranty on refurbishment work (paint, seals, floor repairs)

2. WHAT IS COVERED

  • Leaks or holes that were not disclosed at time of sale
  • Doors that do not open/close or seal properly upon delivery
  • Structural failure under normal storage use
  • Welds and manufacturing defects (for new containers)

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Surface rust, cosmetic rust, or corrosion due to lack of maintenance or coastal exposure
  • Damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper modification, cutting, or welding by customer
  • Damage from improper offloading, transportation by customer, or natural disasters
  • Normal wear and tear, dents, or faded paint
  • Containers that have been moved from original delivery location without notification

4. HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY

If you believe your container has a defect covered by warranty:

  1. Contact us within your warranty period at contact@successshippingcontainer.com or +1 270-466-1777
  2. Provide your order number, delivery date, and photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review within 48 business hours and arrange inspection, repair, replacement parts, or replacement container if necessary

5. REMEDY

At our discretion, we will either:

  • Provide instructions for repair and cover reasonable repair costs, OR
  • Send replacement parts (door gaskets, locking bars), OR
  • Arrange repair at our facility, OR
  • Replace the container

Shipping costs for warranty claims outside Phoenix, AZ area may be shared.
