We make every effort to display our products, conditions, dimensions, and availability as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in color, wear, and markings may occur for used containers.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantity of any product.

4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time your order is placed.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and prepared for container placement. Additional fees may apply for failed delivery due to inaccessible sites. Delivery is completed by third-party logistics partners.

7. Inspection, Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final upon delivery and inspection at the delivery site. Please inspect your container upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at contact@successshippingcontainer.com with photos.

We offer a refund or replacement only if the container delivered is significantly different from what was ordered. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

8. Warranty
New containers may include manufacturer warranty where applicable. Used containers are sold as-is with guaranteed wind and watertight condition unless otherwise stated. Warranty details will be included in your invoice.
